Records show 33-year-old Trent Daniel Wichman is charged with seven counts of theft of property.
Officials say each theft charge is for an amount between $2,500 to $10,000.
The charges are related to the string of complaints from customers of Wichman Monuments, who claimed they never received the headstones they paid for after the company closed its doors in March of this year.
Wichman was booked in the Hamilton County jail and released on bond, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office website.
