If Georgia fans needed a reason to worry a little less about not having a starting quarterback named yet, they got it today. Nick Chubb is set to return to game action in Georgia's opener against North Carolina on September 3.

On Wednesday after practice, Dawgs Head Coach Kirby Smart told reporters that Nick Chubb is in line to get carries. He also said Elijah Holyfield, Brian Herrien, Brendan Douglas and Tae Crowder are also in line to get carries.

Everyone but Sony Michel, at this point.

Chubb's 2015 season was cut short after a PCL injury against Tennessee. He started six games, rushed for 747 yards on 92 carries with 7 touchdowns.
