104-year-old Chattanoogan gets birthday salute on TODAY Show
One Chattanoogan was lucky enough to get her name read this morning by TODAY's Al Roker.
People celebrate their birthdays with the "TODAY Show" during their "Birthday Salutes segment," and one Chattanoogan was lucky enough to get her name read off this morning by Al Roker.
"Leila Lucas, well my daughter has the name Leila. She's from Chattanooga, Tennessee and she's 104 years old. She loves bringing the family around the table for dinner," said Roker Friday morning.
Al Roker will read off the names of viewers turning the age 100 or older until Father's Day.
If you would like the chance to be recognized, you can fill out a form online, letting the TODAY Show know a little bit about yourself.
And you can be featured, locally, right here on Channel 3 by going to our website to fill out a Birthday Salute form.
