No big changes are expected weatherwise until the end of the week and into the weekend.

Highs remain in the upper 80s and lower 90s through Saturday with pop-up "hit and miss" showers and storms possible each afternoon across the region, fading after dark. Lows stay mild in the upper 60s to 70°.

Sunday looks like the best bet for some needed widespread rainfall, along with some storms and cooler highs around 80°.

Monday and Tuesday look very pleasant with fair skies. Lows cool to the lower 60s with highs in the lower to middle 80s.
