Two arrested in Alabama when police spot drugs
DeKalb (AL) County Sheriff Deputy Kody Oliver and Sylvania Police officer John Seals went out to serve a felony warrant, and the suspect made their job that much easier Tuesday.
The officers spotted drugs in plan view as they served the warrant, and took Zachary Tyler Croft, 19, and Adam Blake Miller, also 19, into custody.
The Drug Task Force was called; both men were arrested on various drug-related charges.
Croft was charged with receiving stolen property from the felony warrant, and then possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Miller was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men were transported to the DeKalb County Detention Center, and await bond.
