Chattanooga (WRCB)  -- An exchange of hugs between soldiers and family said it all.

More than 100 members of the Tennessee National Guard 278th said goodbye for a second time, as they prepare to deploy to Iraq.

While many of the young soldiers are eager to deploy, their ambitions don't sit well with the families that see them leave.

Iraq, still considered a hostile zone, will be the home of nearly 3,300 troops from the 278th beginning in February.

While many of the soldiers load to the bus and leave family back home, some get to take a family member with them.

SSgt. Robin Oyer is being deployed with her younger brother, Spc. Adam Lee.

The group stood in formation and took a head count before saying the finals goodbyes and loading the bus.

The group will train at Camp Shelby in Mississippi for two months before heading to Iraq.

The deployment is expected to last for at least one year.
