Posted: Updated:

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- A man charged in a Chattanooga gang murder will spend six years in jail.

Lemario Branham pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter Tuesday morning. In exchange, a charge of murder was dismissed.

In March 2007, police say he and three others gunned down Larry Parks on Arcadia Street.

Parks was described as an innocent by-stander.

Jeremy McMillon and Eric Carter were also charged, and will be in court later this month.

Gregory Gillory was charged as an accessory after the fact.
