Investigation Results in Indictment of Illegal Drug Distribution
A federal grand jury in Chattanooga indicted ten people in Marion County, Hamilton County and Sequatchie County for the illegal distribution of the powerful subscription drugs, oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Oren Hall, 72, of Hamilton County
Angela Hunt, 38, of Hamilton County
Sammy McGhee, 72, of Hamilton County
A previous indictment by a federal grand jury in Chattanooga charged the following people:
James Moon, 65, of Marion County
Cody Tigner, 19, of Marion County
Tonya Francis, 36, of Marion County
Mitchell Francis, 52, of Marion County.
A trial date has been set for November 4th. If convicted, the defendants each face up to 20 years imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine and three years supervised release.
