Investigation Results in Indictment of Illegal Drug Distribution

A federal grand jury in Chattanooga indicted ten people in Marion County, Hamilton County and Sequatchie County for the illegal distribution of the powerful subscription drugs, oxycodone and hydrocodone.

  • Kale Castle, 64, of Marion County
  • Henry Outlaw, 73, of Hamilton County
  • Timothy Neal, 39, of Hamilton County
  • Jimmy Neal, 22, of Hamilton County
  • Tony Neal, 36, of Hamilton County
  • Brandon Nolan, 26, of Sequatchie County
  • Andrew Morgan, 25, of Hamilton County
  • Oren Hall, 72, of Hamilton County
  • Angela Hunt, 38, of Hamilton County
  • Sammy McGhee, 72, of Hamilton County

A previous indictment by a federal grand jury in Chattanooga charged the following people:

  • James Moon, 65, of Marion County
  • Cody Tigner, 19, of Marion County
  • Tonya Francis, 36, of Marion County
  • Mitchell Francis, 52, of Marion County.

A trial date has been set for November 4th. If convicted, the defendants each face up to 20 years imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine and three years supervised release.
