Workers at the Waupaca Foundry in Etowah are joining a federal lawsuit against Wisconsin-based Thyssenkrupp Waupaca Company. The suit claims employees weren't paid for the time they spent suiting up for the job. That includes putting on protective gear in the locker rooms and completely undressing and showering. Workers say that can take up to 30 minutes off the clock. The foundry employs about 550 people at the Etowah facility.
