You can see Jed's report every Friday on Live at Five. Jed was born in Atlanta in May 1960. As a teenager, he had the chance to host a children's television show which really sparked his interest in television. After graduating from Arizona State University , his television news career took him to Savannah , Charleston and Chattanooga .
