A Tennessee Valley hero will be honored at the Chattanooga Mocs game on November 10.

Major Tommy Bradford of the Dade County Sheriff's OFfice will be the honorary captain for the Mocs' Military and Hometown Heroes game.

On August 7, Bradford lost part of his leg when he was hit by a driver on the run.

The game will kickoff at 1:00 pm at Finley Stadium. Tickets start at $10.

"Let's all go out and show the Mocs how Dade County supports our local heroes!" a sheriff's office spokesperson said.
