BRADLEY COUNTY, Tn. - The winless Walker Valley Mustangs were hoping history would repeat itself when the Red Bank Lions made the trip to Bradley County for some Friday night football.

What they received was a very determined Lions team who were poised to avenge their 2017 loss to the Mustangs.

Red Bank jumped out to a 7-0 lead just nine seconds into the game when Micheal Porter returned the opening kick for a touchdown.

The Lions never looked back, behind four Calvin Jackson touchdowns, Red Bank defeated Walker Valley 58-6.

The Mustangs will hope to get their first win, next week, when they travel to play Knoxville Catholic.

Red Bank will look to make it 7-0 next Friday in a region road test at Brainerd.
