UPDATE: Chattanooga police are now investigating a shooting on Bradt Street as a homicide.  

Officers say when they arrived at the scene Friday night they found one man with a gunshot wound to the chest and another man suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. 

The man who was shot in the chest, identified as Kevin Crayton, died from his injuries. The other man has non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

The complaint affidavit says one of the victims got into an argument with Kevion Hubbard.

The report says Hubbard and his friend, Montrell Williams, were driven to Bradt Street by Sherquilla Hubbard. Surveillance footage shows the two men shoot the victims. The report says police also found Williams' handgun carry permit at the scene.

Williams is charged with criminal homicide, attempted first-degree murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. 

Sherquilla Hubbard is charged with criminal homicide and attempted first-degree murder.

Kevion Hubbard is charged with attempted first-degree murder, criminal homicide and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

All three suspects are scheduled to be in court on Tuesday, September 4.

Officials confirm a person has been shot and say the victim has been taken to a local hospital.

The victim's condition is unknown.
