GBI: GA mother, man charged in 3-year-old boy's death
Two people have been arrested for a three-year-old's murder in Calhoun.
On May 22, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation began investigating Sebastian Kincaid's death. His mother, 26-year-old Olivia Groomes, took him to Gordon County Hospital early that morning. He was pronounced dead a short time later.
Friday, Kincaid's mother was charged in his death. Groomes faces one count of cruelty to children in the second degree and one count of murder in the second degree.
Robert Elder, 32, also faces the same charges in Kincaid's death.
Both Elder and Groomes are being held at the Gordon County Sheriff's Office.
