COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. -- Retired Atlanta Braves player Chipper Jones came off of the course at the annual golf tournament in Cooperstown, N.Y. Saturday morning and spoke with 11Alive's Jeff Hullinger ahead of Sunday's Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremonies.

Jones received 410 votes, more than anyone else in this year's balloting and was named to the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.

Hullinger asked Jones how his speech was looking for Sunday night's ceremony.

"Well, hopefully, the speech is going a little better than my golf game," Jones said. "It's been an exciting week so far. I can't explain how much fun the Jonses have had since we've been up here and we're looking forward to Sunday."

"How's your wife doing?" asked 11Alive's Jeff Hullinger.

"She's doing well. Still pregnant, Still with child," Jones said.
