Cleveland police responded early Friday morning to another call of shots fired, much like the one from Wednesday.

In this instance, witnesses told police that a silver car on Howard Circle fled at a high speed after firing shots about 12:25am in front of 700 Howard Circle and then fired more shots near East Street.

Investigators recovered shell casings from both Howard Circle and East Street.

Sgt. Evia West said that because the shooting was similar to Wednesday night's shooting, officers went to Michigan Avenue to check the area and spotted a silver Lexus.

The license plate on the silver Lexus was not registered to the vehicle and police performed a traffic stop.

Four people were inside the vehicle, two of whom were recognized by investigators from the shooting on Wednesday night,

Brandon Crofton, Dalaaz Jones, Darius Pillow and Michael Sims were all charged with possession of stolen firearms. The search of the vehicle revealed a rifle in the rear passenger floorboard and a pistol.

All four of the occupants were transported to the police department to be interviewed.

No injuries were reported in any of the shootings.

Any person with information about this crime or these individuals is urged to contact the Cleveland Police Department Detective Stovall at 423-476-1121.
