Good Friday 13th! (Mwahaha).  I am sensing this is going to be a great day as we launch into the weekend.  It will be a carbon copy of yesterday, though, with the high reaching 93 and the heat index near 100.  The morning and evening hours will be very comfortable, though,  so if you can get the outdoor stuff done then it will be much nicer for you.  The chance for showers and storms is low for most of us.  I am putting the rain chance at only 10%, but in the Blue Ridge Mtns. it is 40% as we may see more scattered showers and storms.

Saturday and Sunday will be a LITTLE bit cooler with the high reaching about 90 (most folks will be in the upper 80s) in Chattanooga.  Each afternoon will also sport one or two afternoon showers or storms.

Next week highs will stay in the upper 80s with afternoon scattered showers to start the week.
