Trenton man arrested for LSD, heroin while on probation for drug offenses
A Trenton man on probation for trafficking heroin was arrested Tuesday for possession of LSD and stolen property.
An agent with the Dade County Drug Task Force and Dade County Sheriff’s Office deputies went to a home on Highway 301 and found 29-year-old Dakota A. McBryar with LSD in open view, according to a news release.
A search warrant allowed a search of the home where police found heroin, poppy seeds, and over 70 planters containing opium poppy plant seeds, which McBryar was attempting to grow.
A stolen motorcycle out of Florida was also found and recovered. McBryar has been charged with two counts of possession of a schedule 1 drug and theft by receiving stolen property.
He was taken to the Dade County Jail, where he was booked, and is currently being held with a $10,000 bond.
