TBI adds man wanted for attemped murder to 'Top 10 Most Wanted’ list
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added an attempted murder suspect to its 'Top 10 Most Wanted' list.
James Michael Smith, 40, of Knoxville, is wanted by the Loudon County Sheriff's Office and TBI on charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and especially aggravated child abuse.
Smith was last known to be driving a maroon Ford F-150. The TBI explained Smith should be considered armed and dangerous.
Smith is described as being an African-American man. He is 6-feet tall and weighs around 217 pounds.
