CHATTANOOGA - Local coaches, former players, and volunteers hosted a two-day baseball clinic for kids on Friday and Saturday hoping to teach them the game of baseball and about life.

Obedience, making the right choices and respect were the three guiding principles throughout the two-day event at Howard High School.

The camp ended with some fun with a slip 'n slide and a cookout.

The coaches hope more kids will sign-up next year. They realize transportation may be an issue, so they're looking to get a 15-seat van to help the transportation of kids from home to the camp.
