Good Monday. The excellent weather from this weekend will last through the better part of the work week. Today we will be in the upper 80s, and the humidity will stay in check so we should be fairly comfortable all day long. Skies will be mostly sunny. Tuesday will pretty much be the same.
Wednesday we can expect upper-80s and low humidity again, but a stray shower or two might pop up over the Cumberland Plateau. I am only putting the rain chance Wednesday at 10%, however.
Thursday we return to warm, dry weather for all with partly cloudy skies and a high of 89. Mornings, by the way, will be comfortable all week with temps in the mid to upper 60s.
Friday, a cold front will bring widespread rain and thunderstorms during the afternoon. The front will slide south and hover over Atlanta on Saturday, but some of those showers and storms may linger over our area. Saturday's high will only reach 83 behind the front.
Sunday will be awesome with low humidity and a high of 87.
