UPDATE: Missing Cleveland 10-year-old girl found safe
Channel 3 is working to learn more about the discovery of Yazmin Linares Medina and what happened at the time she disappeared.
UPDATE: Officials confirm the missing 10-year-old Cleveland girl at the center of an AMBER Alert has been found safe.
Police say Yazmin Linares Medina was found in a nearby ditch by a member of the search crew.
Medina has been reunited with her mother.
Police say they do not know how the girl ended up in the ditch and are working to learn more.

PREVIOUS STORY: An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 10-year-old girl from Cleveland, TN.
Officials say 10-year-old Yazmin Linares Medina has brown hair and brown eyes, is around 5'2", and weighs around 100 pounds.
Cleveland police officers are combing the neighborhood, knocking on doors and talking to people who may have seen Medina.
Police have expanded their search area, originally a one-mile radius area. Search teams from the Cleveland PD, Bradley County Sheriff's Office, the TBI and the FBI have joined the efforts.

She was last seen wearing a white shirt and green/brown shorts.
Officials say Medina was last seen walking in the area of Parker Street and 20th Street in Cleveland about 8 p.m. Thursday. The child was reportedly carrying a black jump rope.
