One paper plate company is taking summer barbecue to new and daring heights.

Georgia Pacific held an "Ultimate Stress Test" stunt in Kansas City on Saturday to showcase the strength of its new Dixie Ultra brand plates.

Acrobatic servers crossed a series of tightropes carrying two pound meals of barbecue and all the fixings to hungry patrons dangling from a restaurant suspended 40 feet above the ground.

The five waiters and waitresses started at ground level for each course and walked their way up and across about 125 feet of tightrope to deliver the dishes to their customers.

Several streets were closed for the event as people gathered to watch the service spectacle.
