Some notable names will be receiving awards at the 2017 Music Biz Award Luncheon on Thursday in Nashville.
The luncheon is held by the Music Business Association, which has been around for decades.
For years, they held the luncheon in Los Angeles until it was moved to Nashville two years ago. Organizers say the event's attendance has been up 50 percent since it was moved to Music City.
Reba McEntire will be receiving the Chairman's Award for Sustained Creative Achievement this year.
Maren Morris, a relative newcomer to country music, will be given the Breakthrough Artist Award, along with Lukas Graham.
Paula Abdul will receive the Harry Chapin Memorial Humanitarian Award this year.
Thursday's luncheon is completely sold out.
