Good Thursday. B-r-r-r-r-r ing (see what I did there?) on the cold weather! Today will be cold and blustery with north winds bringing in the big chill at 10-15 mph. This morning we are in the 20s and 30s. This afternoon we will warm only into the upper 30s in the Valley. In the mountains we will stay in the upper 20s for afternoon highs.
Friday will start ridiculously cold. Lows will be in the 10s and low 20s. The afternoon will sport a warmer high of 47. Clouds will build ahead of a front.
Saturday the front will get closer, and I think we will have not only warmer weather ahead of the front, but also light scattered showers through the day Saturday. Even with the clouds and rain Saturday we will still warm into the low 60s.
Saturday night the front will move through and bring heavy rain and maybe a few storms to the area late Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Rainfall amounts Saturday and Sunday will range from 1" to 2".
Lows Sunday morning will be in the mid to upper 40s. Behind the front, we will be cooling down Sunday afternoon. The afternoon temps will be falling through the 40s and into the 30s late in the day.
Monday will be a cool, dry start to the week with mostly sunny skies and temps ranging from 28 in the morning to 44 in the afternoon.
