The company is instituting a secure, nationwide cloud-based complaint management system that will directly connect every school Durham serves. This will allow teachers and administrators to quickly report issues they may see with buses and bus drivers and will be made available immediately to Chattanooga schools.
A second measure will be advanced smart cameras in all of their buses. They will see the driver and the road. And again, Chattanooga buses will be the first in the country to have the systems installed.
