Statewide Endangered Child alert for baby boy issued by TBI

Posted: Updated:

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert Thursday on behalf of the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office for 8-month-old Xavier Billings.

Xavier is described as a white male, 0’20” tall, 17 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen with his biological parents Andrew Billings and Adriana Billings on Thursday, November 10 after they fled the scene of an accident in Dekalb County and a mobile methamphetamine lab was found in their vehicle, the TBI says.

Both Andrew and Adriana Billings have active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse out of Dekalb County, Tennessee.

If you have seen the victim or the subjects, please call the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office at (615) 215-3000 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
