Good Tuesday. Today we are starting on a chilly note in the upper 20s and 30s. Winds are light so there is no wind chill to speak of. It is also smoky this morning as wildfires continue to burn. An air quality alert is in effect until midnight. A front will move through today bringing mostly cloudy skies this afternoon. The chance of a sprinkle with those clouds is small, only about 10%.
Wednesday we may still be dealing with smoke, and it will be a fairly warm day. We will start with a low of 46, and we will get to 71 with sunny skies in the afternoon.
Thursday and Friday will be about the same. Skies will be sunny, the air will be dry, and we will have lows in the mid-40s with highs in the mid-70s.
Another front will move in this weekend. It will bring in clouds and a slight chance for a few sprinkles Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon will be cold and breezy. The high Saturday will only get to 57 degrees with winds from the north at 10-20 mph.
Sunday will be just plain cold. Temps will range from 34 in the morning to only 49 in the afternoon. David Karnes
