UPDATE: The body found in a creek in Cleveland has been identified as 74-year-old Henry Franklin Goodner.

Officials ruled the death as natural, and say there were no signs of trauma.

PREVIOUS STORY: Cleveland police are investigating a body that was found in a creek. 

Officials say the call came around 11:45 a.m. Monday morning. According to police, the body is a white male and officials found a wallet believed to be his as well. 

The body will be sent to Knoxville for an autopsy. Next of kin has to be notified before the man will be identified. 

The body was found 3rd St. SW between Broad and Worth.
