A well known bar in Chattanooga's Southside neighborhood is shutting its doors next weekend.
Chuck's II has been around for 27 years. The owner said he's received many offers in the past, but this most recent one was just too good to turn down.
Our news partners at the Chattanooga Times Free Press report that the buyer has not decided yet whether to use the turn of the century building as condos or to demolish it.

As for the owner, he said he has mixed emotions about the situation.
"Really bittersweet, but probably more bitter than sweet to be honest with you. I'll enjoy the money and the time off and the travel of course, but i will miss my people," Chuck Cagle, the owner said.
The Southside neighborhood bar's last day of business will be next Saturday.
Tracey Moses, 46, has not been seen or heard from since last Saturday.
