Good Thursday. We continue with our warm fall. The average high is 74. We will get to a whopping 83 today. A front to the west is fizzling out, and will bring us some clouds through the day. However, the rain chance is extremely small, only about 10%. If any rain does fall, it will be a drop or two and that will be about it. The firefighters battling the blaze on Signal Mountain will get no help from this system.
Friday and Saturday will be about the same. The high will reach about 80, we will still have clouds moving through, and the chance of any significant rain will elude us.
Sunday skies will clear out, so the afternoon will sport nice weather with a high of 80.
Next week we get even warmer. Lows will be in the 60s, and highs will be in the mid 80s. Skies will be sunny for the first half of the week. There is some model data suggesting some good rain by the end of next week, but that is a long way off and I wouldn't bet the ranch on it at this point.
