Good Tuesday. Our fire danger remains high. At this point even avoid campfires and fire pits. The humidity is extremely low, and the drought is severe so it won't take much for a small fire to get out of control. Even throwing a cigarette butt out he window can start a grass fire when conditions are this dry.
With that said, the air will feel wonderful through the week. Today we will have sunny skies with a high of 79. This evening will be great, followed by lows in the mid to upper 40s Wednesday morning. Wednesday will be much the same. Look for plenty of sunshine with the high once again reaching 79. The average high this time of year is 73 degrees.
We will see a front washing out over the Tennessee Valley Thursday. While it will bring mostly cloudy skies to the area, I do not expect any rain with the system. Humidity levels will be increasing just a bit. That will help a LITTLE with the fire danger, but not much. Thursday the high will reach 80.
Friday will start with a low of 55, and climb to the low 80s in the afternoon. We will have clouds on and off Friday through the weekend, but the chance of any rain is less than 20%. Highs will stay in the low 80s with morning lows in the upper 50s through the weekend.
