TBI issues Endangered Child Alert for 13-year-old Harley Hopper

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for the Greene County Sheriff's Office for 13-year-old Harley Hopper.

Hopper is a white female with dark red hair, and she was last seen in Greene County in the area of Lower Paint Creek in the Cherokee National Forest.

Officials say Hopper was last seen on foot with Kenneth Dylan Whitehead, after they abandoned their vehicle.

Whitehead is wanted in Salem, MO by the Dent County Sheriff's Office for kidnapping of a minor.

Officials say Hopper was last seen wearing a red and black flannel shirt, with long sleeves and dark pajama pants.

Whitehead was last seen wearing a light-colored khaki shirt, and he is known to carry a knife.
