Fall finally moving in

Posted: Updated:

Good Wednesday.  What a great start to the day.  Temps are in the 50s all around the Tennessee Valley.  You won't even need the car AC on the way in to work and school.  This afternoon we will have mostly sunny skies and a warm, pleasant high of 84.

Thursday an upper low to our north will spin in some clouds and even cooler air.  We will start in the upper 50s Thursday morning, then only make it to 71 for an afternoon high.  Friday the cooler air will stay with us with a low of 52, and a high of 72.  Skies will be mostly cloudy Friday.

The weekend looks great, but it will be a little warmer.  Saturday will make it to 77 under mostly cloudy skies, and Sunday we will clear out and get up to 82.

Good Wednesday.  We will have record breaking high temperatures today and tomorrow with highs of 77 and 79 degrees respectively.  Both days will sport a few light sprinkles, but nothing major as a ridge of high pressure continues to block the significant rain and cooler air keeping it to the west.
