UPDATE: Suspect identified in domestic stabbing on Navajo Dr.
The woman stabbed during a domestic situation has died. Charges for the suspect have been upgraded.
UPDATE: The woman who was stabbed during a domestic dispute in September has died from her injuries.
Yessica Ruiz, 29, was found outside of a residence on Navajo Drive.
Charges for Zacarias Salas-Rufina have been upgraded to Criminal Homicide and Criminal Impersonation.

PREVIOUS STORY: A woman is in critical condition after suffering from stab wounds that occurred on Navajo Drive.
Monday morning officers with Chattanooga police were called to the 3200 block of Navajo Drive regarding a woman suffering from wounds consistent with a stabbing. The woman was found outside of the residence and was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS. The woman's wounds are considered life-threatening.
CPD has identified the suspect as 27-year-old Carlos Delposo. He was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS. His injuries are non-life threatening.
Delposo is charged with Attempted Murder and Aggravated Domestic Assault.
Police say the incident is considered a domestic situation and CPD's Special Victims Unit continues to actively follow all actionable leads.
The victim's name is being withheld until the victim's next of kin is notified.
