A warm, dry start to fall - rain and cooler weather on the way

Posted: Updated:

Good Wednesday.  We are in store for another warm, sunny, and overall nice day.  The average high is 81.  We will hit 90 this afternoon.  The humidity will be low so it will feel fairly comfortable all day.

We will stay about the same through the weekend.  We may have a few clouds spin in from an area of low pressure on the east coast, but no rain is expected until next week.

Monday a cold front will approach from the west.  It will bring clouds and maybe a shower or two to the area ahead of the front.  Monday's high will still reach 89 degrees.

Rain is likely Monday night into Tuesday.  That will help alleviate at least a little of the 13+" rain deficit for the year.  Late Tuesday the air will dry out and cool down.  Next Wednesday should be a great day.  We will start in the low 60s, climb to the low 80s, and the humidity will be even lower.
