The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a fire in the 2400 block of 12th Avenue Friday night.
Officials say the call came in around 9:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, firefighters saw heavy smoke coming from the back of the home. After an initial interior search, firefighters began working the fire, and had it under control in about 20 minutes
Officials say the fire caused about $25,000 in damages.
No injuries were reported, and all parties inside the home made it out safely.
Volunteers with the American Red Cross of Southeast Tennessee, Chattanooga Police, and Hamilton County EMS also provided assistance on the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
