Good Wednesday. For this time of year, the heat and humidity are pretty ridiculous. The average high this time of year is 84, we will be way above that as we soar to 92 this afternoon. We will at least stay well shy of the record of 98 set in 1939 (because the Great Depression wasn't enough for folks to deal with). The rain chances will stay very low. We MAY see one or two spotty showers today, but most of us will stay high and dry.
Rain chances will be even lower Thursday and Friday. We may have a few clouds both days, but less than a 20% chance for any rain either day.. Highs will be in the upper 80s and low 90s.
This weekend a front will move through the Tennessee Valley. I still think it will bring rain Saturday, but it looks like it will be late afternoon into the evening when we get scattered showers and thunderstorms. The front will stay with us through Sunday leaving the chance for a few showers and storms to linger through the day.
