Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing Georgia woman.

Natalie Botero went missing August 26 and has not been seen or heard from since then.

She told her roommate that she was leaving her hometown of Roswell, GA to go out of town with friends. That was the last contact she made.

Botero suffers from a health disorder and needs her medication to maintain her "well being," according to a news release from the Roswell Police Department.

She is described a 36 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds.

Police say she has possibly been seen in Chattanooga.
