A Rossville man was arrested on several charges including, DUI and first degree vehicular homicide after Georgia State Patrol officials say he hit and killed a man at Mapco Mart on Lakeview Drive.
A GSP spokesperson says 36-year-old Anthony Moore hit 60-year-old Joe Wilkinson on September 1, around 11:20 p.m. and was arrested shortly after.
The spokesperson says Moore was distracted by a fight he was having with 36-year-old Stephanie Davis, who was in the back seat of his car.
The Catoosa County Sheriff's Office says Moore was arrested at his home.
Moore was booked into the Catoosa County Jail on the following charges: DUI, first degree vehicular homicide, hit and run, and duty to report an accident resulting in injury, death or damage.
