Dorel Juvenile Group has recalled the "Step and Go Travel System" stroller by Safety 1st, due to a fall hazard.
According to officials, the stroller tray folding mechanism can partially disengage on one side when used with an infant car seat attached, which poses a fall hazard.
Customers who purchased one of the strollers are urged to stop using the recalled items immediately, and contact Safety 1st for a free repair kit.
The firm has received 30 reports of the stroller disengaging, but no injuries have been reported.
The stroller is sold at Babies R Us stores and other retailers nationwide, and online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com from May 2015 through June 2016.
About 20,000 strollers were sold for between $250 and $300.
For customer service help, contact Safety 1st toll-free at 866-762-3036 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
