BRADLEY COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -
A photo of a Bradley County deputy and a boy with autism doing push-ups is circulating on Facebook today.
Christy Richardson's Facebook post praised Bradley County Sheriff's Office Deputy Corey Loftis for helping to calm her son Bubba down.
The mother called the sheriff's office in an attempt to help Bubba, who she says was severely agitated at the time.
Deputy Loftis was able to show Bubba how to channel his frustration by doing push-ups.
Bubba's mom said it calmed to boy down to the point where he was laughing. The Bradley County Sheriff's Office post quoted Richardson "I can't thank Officer Loftis enough for being so caring through it all."
