Good Monday. After some nice weekend rainfall, we will be rewarded with a couple of great days to start the week.
We will stay seasonably warm today with a high of 89 and plenty of sunshine. Our humidity will be much lower today so we should be very comfortable, especially during the morning and evening hours.
Tuesday will start great. Lows in the TN Valley will be in the mid 60s. In the mountains we will drop into the upper 50s. We will be a little warmer Tuesday afternoon as the high climbs to 91. Skies will remain mostly sunny and the humidity will stay low enough to keep it comfortable most of the day.
Wednesday we can expect the humidity to begin creeping back in. Highs will be in the upper 80s, and skies will be partly cloudy. We may even see a few showers developing. Right now it looks like the best chance for rain Wednesday in on the Cumberland Plateau and westward.
Late week, we can expect to be back in the heat and humidity with highs hovering around 93 degrees Friday through the weekend and maybe a shower or two each afternoon.
