Food City has remodeled six area stores, adding thousands of items and fresh food bars, pizzas and craft beers.

As a way of celebrating the remodels, Food City is also making a $330,000 donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as a result of 2016’s in-store collection campaign. Food City says the donation will be the largest on record since the program’s inception.
