Humid with scattered showers on/off through the weekend

Posted: Updated:

Good Tuesday.  More heat and humidity are on tap for today.  Look for a high of 94 with a few scattered showers through the afternoon and evening hours.  Wednesday and Thursday we will see our rain chances increase a bit as a front presses into the Tennessee Valley.  Expect scattered showers and storms both days with temps struggling to reach 90.  We will be in between weather systems Friday so the rain chance will not be as great, but another front will move in for the weekend.  That will allow for more scattered showers and storms with highs in the upper 80s.

Good Thursday.  We have another bitterly cold start today with temps in the low to mid 10s this morning.  Fortunately, our winds are fairly calm this morning so wind chill won't be as much of an issue heading out.
