Good Wednesday. We start today with clouds and a few passing showers, and that is pretty much the way it will be all day. Today's high will reach 90 degrees.
It looks as though that is the best we will be able to do in terms of rain through the weekend. Low pressure to our south will continue to pump in moisture from the Gulf so that will help give us some spotty showers here and there, but the good, soaking rain we were hoping for looks as though it will stay along a boundary to our west. As a result, no real changes are in the forecast. Highs will stay in the low 90s through at least Tuesday, and it looks as though our chances for passing showers will stay at about 30%.
Some long range models are showing the rain chances increasing toward the middle of next week, but my hopes are not high. We've been down that road before.
