Dalton PD looking for woman using stolen credit card

Dalton police are asking the public's help to identify a woman using a stolen credit card and racking up more than $1700 in fraudulent purchases in earlier in July. 

Police say on July 1st, a customer at Panera Bread on Walnut Avenue reported that her wallet was taken from her purse while she was eating at Panera. The victim told police that her purse had fallen off her chair while she was eating. When the victim left the restaurant she noticed her purse was lighter and noticed her wallet was missing. The victim said the wallet contained about $300 in cash, her driver's license, a pharmacy license, and credit cards. 

Police said one of the stolen credit cards was used the same day at the Walnut Avenue Kroger, and Walgreen's location to purchase more that $1700 in merchandise including prepaid VISA cards and Hallmark gift cards. 

The suspect is an black woman with long black hair wearing what appear to be blue scrubs.
