Good Friday. Yesterday we hit 97 for a high. We won't have the same kind of heat today, but we will still manage to climb to 92 with a heat index in the upper 90s. We will see a few storms in the afternoon and early evening. Any that do develop could produce some damaging winds.
Your Friday night looks good. We will fall through the 80s during the evening, and then on to 72 for the overnight low on Saturday morning.
I don't expect much in the way of rain this weekend. We may get one or two isolated storms in the afternoon, but they will be very few and far between. Highs will be in the low to mid-90s over the weekend.
A front to our south this weekend will drift north Monday, allowing for a slightly higher chance of afternoon and evening storms.
Late next week (Wednesday through Friday), we will lose any chance of rain and the air will be a little less humid. The trade off is the heat. Highs will be in the upper 90s late next week.
