Good Tuesday. Our first full day of summer will certainly feel like it. We will a be warmer and a bit more humid than recent days. Look for a high of 92 this afternoon. A front to our north will create mostly cloudy skies for the Tennessee Valley. We have very little chance for any significant rain, however, other than the rare passing shower during the evening. The rain chance is less than 20% today.
Wednesday will be much the same. Highs will be in the low 90s, and the humidity will be a bit high. Expect mostly cloudy skies once again with (once again) only a slight chance for a passing shower or two.
Thursday we will clear out a bit, but the heat and humidity will remain. I expect a high of 94 with scattered clouds Thursday.
Friday through the weekend a front will park over the area. Temps will stay in the low to mid 90s but skies will be mostly cloudy and each day we will have some scattered storms popping up to hopefully provide at least some relief from the 7+" rainfall deficit for the year.
