Good Wednesday. The best day ever has arrived. We hit a high of 90 Tuesday, but it really wasn't too bad as the humidity really dropped through the day.
Today we will combine the low humidity with cooler weather. Look for a pleasant high of 85 with nothing but sunshine.
Thursday will be nice as well. I expect the humidity to stay fairly low, but we will be a few degrees warmer with the high climbing to 88 under sunny skies.
Friday the heat and humidity will start climbing significantly. While the sunshine will stick around Friday, the high will get up to 92, and it will be muggy through the heat of the day.
It gets worse over the weekend. As we kick off Riverbend temps will be in the mid 90s both Saturday and Sunday. Heat index values will top out at about 100 degrees. Saturday will be sunny, but we may see a passing shower Sunday. The chance is small, however.
Next week does not look promising for rain or cooler weather. At least through Wednesday it looks to remain in the low to mid 90s with humidity, and little to no chance for rain.
